5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Perishable Products: Our beef and bison products are perishable and shipped frozen or chilled using insulated packaging.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States; certain regions or P.O. boxes may be excluded.

Delivery Responsibility: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or spoilage within 24 hours by emailing Beef@GabrielRanch.com with photos and order details.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of perishable foods, we cannot accept product returns.
If your order arrives damaged or unsafe due to our handling or carrier delay, contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from incorrect storage or handling after delivery.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders (if applicable)
Some Gabriel Ranch products may be offered as subscription services:

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotions, coupon codes, and gift cards may not be combined unless explicitly allowed. Gabriel Ranch reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (except as required by law).
